Refund Policy

Last updated: July 2026

We want you to get real value from Monplat. If Premium isn't for you, here's how refunds work.

1. 14-day refund for EU consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA you may withdraw from your subscription within 14 days, without giving a reason. The 14 days run from the day you subscribed — the day the contract was concluded — not from the day your card was charged. If you started with a free trial, the period runs from the day you signed up for the trial.

Monplat is a digital service, so this right is not lost by using Premium during those 14 days. Contact us within the window and we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

2. Outside the EU

If you're not in the EU/EEA, we still offer refunds within 14 days of the day you subscribed for annual plans and within 7 days for monthly plans as a matter of goodwill. After that, we handle cases individually — write to us if something feels wrong.

3. Renewals

Recurring renewals are not automatically refundable, because you can cancel from Settings before a renewal charge. If a renewal charge surprises you and you contact us within 14 days without having used Premium features in the new period, we'll refund it.

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@monplat.app from the address on your Monplat account. Include the order ID (from your Paddle receipt) or the email used at checkout. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Because Paddle is our Merchant of Record, the refund is issued through Paddle back to your original payment method. Funds typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. What's not refundable

We can't refund subscriptions that were cancelled and then re-purchased after clear notice of terms. We can't refund charges older than the windows above unless required by local law.
